LECTURE
Adjustment layers - non-destructive image editing tools. Can edit and scared without naming original image. There are various adjustment layers: brightness/contrast, level, curve, exposure, and selective colour.
Filters - Adjustment layers act as filters on an image. Collect various adjustment layers in a folder to make them act collectively as a filter.
Adjustment layers are to adjust the lighting of different images so that they match. They can also be used to bring out colours and make certain colours in an image pop.
TUTORIAL
We were shown how various adjustment layers worked and how to apply them to our composition from the previous week. This would be our exercise for the week.
PRACTICAL
This week's exercise is to use the best composition from the digital collages and to add adjustment layers to it to bring out the colours of the composition. I am using composition #3 from last week's exercise as it was chosen to be the best one.

I used various adjustment layers like curves, exposure, hue/saturation, levels and brightness/contrasts in order to make the composition more vibrant.
